Dear Parishioners and Easter Guests:

Jesus Christ is Risen, Alleluia! Alleluia! He is Risen indeed, Alleluia! Alleluia!

We are grateful to be gathered by the Spirit of the Living God to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ our Lord. This message of New Life is the heart of the Gospel, a Word of Hope from God Himself to all of us. The Easter Season opens with the proclamation of Jesus’ triumph over sin and death. Easter lasts for a full 50 days, up to the Feast of Pentecost. Everything we experience finds its meaning in this reality.

Some come to see the beautiful flowers and to hear the wonderful music of Easter choirs. Some come from a habit that draws them in a few times a year to keep themselves tethered to the Faith of their childhood. Grow in Understanding of Your Faith

Building on a great start with Catechism 101, we’re continuing with a four-part series on the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Whether you’ve attended before or are new, you’re invited to explore what we believe, how we worship, and how we live and pray. Participants receive a Catechism and set of index tabs. Join for our first meeting on Wednesday, April 8 at 7 pm, and see the attached PDF for a full schedule.

Gather in Prayer

Celebrate the Risen Lord in prayer on Easter Sunday! Gather together with other parishioners before the 11 am Mass to pray the Rosary. Prayer begins at 10:35 am.

Happy Easter from St. Edward Youth Group

We’re so grateful for all the amazing teens who have been part of our youth group this year! We’ll be back on April 12 and can’t wait for more faith, fun, friendship, and service together.

Thank you to all who support our youth group with your time, donations, and prayers. Your generosity makes a big difference in the lives of our young people and the future of our Church.

Dive Deeper into Holy Week

We are still in need of volunteers to serve as Altar Servers, Lectors, Ushers, and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for all Holy Week Masses and Liturgies. We have a special need for Altar Servers at our Easter Vigil Mass. Sign up in the Gathering Space or contact Steven Arias to participate more fully in these holy days.
